Ermanno Grinzato prize

A.I.P.T. – Associazione Italiana Proprietà Termofisiche (Italian Association of Thermophysical Properties) has established the “Ermanno Grinzato” prize since 2013, with the aim of promoting among young researchers the study and applications of thermophysical properties in both scientific and industrial fields. The prize aims to enhance the individual contribution of a young researcher with activities in the field of thermophysical properties.

The award is dedicated to the memory of Ermanno Grinzato, an A.I.P.T. member who prematurely left us on August 21, 2012 after a long research activity at the Institute for Construction Technology of the CNR, Padua section. Ermanno Grinzato was until the last a lucid and brilliant researcher, organizer and animator of the scientific community in which he worked.

The award is given to the best paper presented at the annual A.I.P.T. conference.
